These terms constitute the full and complete agreement between you and Mountain Skills Academy with respect to the terms of use. No action of Mountain Skills Academy or IGB, AVICAN, may be construed as a waiver of any part of these Terms of Use. Should any of the above paragraphs be unenforceable, the other paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
