Terms & Conditions

LATE POLICY

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the stated meeting time forfeit 100% of the activity price. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time to check gear and sign waivers so the tour can leave on schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Applies to all Whistler, Squamish & other BC Tours, Courses, and Camps

3+ day products 30 days or more 30% $75
Groups (10+ guests) 30 days or more 30% $150

Any product cancelled with less than the cut-off time forfeits 100% of all costs.

Applicable to all tours and courses (except first aid): If exceptional conditions force us to cancel a course or trip we will do all we can to accommodate you at another date. If this isn’t possible we will offer a full refund. We reserve the right to decline rescheduling dates based on availability.

**If you are able to find someone else to take your place on a course, we are happy to transfer bookings.
